I Shouldn't Have to Say This

So, here we are again. I mentioned before that there were horrible actions of a certain celebrity who decided to act like she had killed President Trump, not to mention the plays that go on acting out an assassination against our president.

But now we have some actor who doesn't even live in America talking about how it might be time for an actor to assassinate President Trump. This is illegal and it shouldn't be happening. I don't care who the president is, this is not okay.

Johnny Depp has recently come out and said this:

"When was the last time an actor killed a president? I want to clarify, I'm not an actor. I lie for a living. But maybe it's time."

Those last four words weren't put in every article about the actor's supposed joke. They try to act like this okay. It's not okay. Why do I have to say this? I shouldn't have to say this.

This isn't the last time something like this will happen. It needs to stop. We need to unite as Americans. This is our country. It doesn't matter what political party you're apart of. Make your own opinions about things. Don't follow what anyone says, just form your own thoughts about something.

I know this was short, but it really needed to be said. I usually don't post two in one day and I usually wouldn't post at an odd time like this, but if I wait, this will be old news and I wanted to say something about this.

Pray for America. America needs Jesus.

   God bless y'all. 😁

  1. I so totally agree with you. I didn't want to vote for Trump, and if he is running next election when I'm old enough to legally vote, I will probably vote third party, but there is no reason for anyone to act like they want to assassinate him. This is way too serious. People don't realize what they're talking about, and it's a very big problem. Huge. Just because you don't like the guy in office doesn't mean that you can joke about/discuss killing him.

    1. I was originally a Ted Cruz girl, but as time went on, it became obvious he was lying about things and doing wrong things to get ahead. I would say I'm a Trump supporter. There are some things I take issue with, but all in all, the other option was worse.

I wasn't old enough to vote either, but we can still make our voiced heard. No one should do such vile things and I'm glad you agree. Thank you for your comment. :)

  2. That was so wrong! I so agree with you. I saw that, and Jonny Depp was super drunk (what a surprise) and maybe even high, or that's how it looked anyway. He recently apologized. I am in no way standing up for him, that was a disgusting and horrible thing to say.

    1. I'm aware of his apology, but I still think there's no way to apologize for that. You're pretty much threatening the president because you don't like him. (You as in Depp.)

It wouldn't surprise me if he was drunk or high or both. It's just a sickening thing to see.

    2. Yes. That is true. Sadly, many celebs these days seemed to be brainwashed into spewing awful lies and so called "jokes".

    3. Not just actors, but schools, media, and everything else in between. Parents are checked out and no one really cares anymore. It's become too much. Thankfully, we're the next generation and from what I'm seeing, we'll do better. We'll be better. God will bless America. <3

  3. I agree with you Ivie, that incident was really awful, especially considering how many people idolize the guy.

We should all stand up and support our country. I mean Trump is now president, there's nothing anyone who doesn't like it can do about it. So instead of tearing down their country by derailing it 24/7 (literally, today's news gets me depressed) why can't they be supportive and fight for a united state? It really gets me sometimes, but I guess we have to remember the Lord has it all in His hands. <3

    1. I try to remind myself this. I know God's got this and things will turn out just fine. Trump isn't the best, but he's not the worst and we need to stand together now. This is America. One nation under God.
      God bless you. <3

  4. Also, if y'all would like to see a reliable news website, go to dennismichaellynch.com. The guy is working on getting an independent news network not owned by the mainstream media. He tells the truth and doesn't put a spin on it. Of course, he has opinions, but he does separate things for that. He reports facts and is trustworthy. While the news isn't always uplifting, he tells you what's happening.

Y'all don't have to. I just wanted to put it out there because his website is more reliable than all the others.

    God bless y'all. <3

  5. That's...sick. Why do people have to act so immature? It's crazy what people will do or say just because they don't want to face reality. If you live in the US, then whoever is elected is YOUR president. It doesn't matter what you think after the votes are counted. You're just an unheard voice. (Unheard to the rest of the world.)
People need to straighten up and get with it. I mean, seriously? How rude can you get? I mean, leave the man alone! What did he ever do to this ungrateful, sickening world? He's trying to do his best to help it. Maybe he's not doing all he can, but I have no idea about all this. God is the Judge. Not this world or it's inhabitants. Every idol word you say is held accountable against you (deep), so this world better watch it. We ned God's redemption. We're really sinking. If you can't say "mother" or "father" without someone being offended, then something is seriously wrong (that's a whole different story). *sigh*

    1. You're absolutely right. And so many people get offended. No one has a gender anymore and no one knows which restroom to use. This is all going down the toilet. God will heal us, I know it. Time is what it will take.

    2. It's sick. I mean, I love everyone. I want to love like God loves, and this whole gender thing is identity problems. When we figure out what kind of identity we have in Christ, it will change us. We don't need the world's approval because we're all in the same situation. We all struggle with self worth and trying to live up to our family, friends, and world's expectations. All we need is to accept God and to put down our prideful ways and humble ourselves before him. He is the rightful judge. Not us. Not us at all.
      God Bless. <3

    3. That is absolutely correct, LHE. I'll be doing a post about this soon as I feel its time I do. Keep an eye out for that. :)
      God bless you, too.

  6. UGH! I read an article about this, and it made me sick. >:P If an average pedestrian were to walk in the middle of the street and say, "I WANT TO KILL DONALD TRUMP, " or, "I WANT TO KILL OBAMA," you can bet that there'd be some officers knocking on THEIR door. *sighs*

    1. That's right. Celebrities somehow get away with it. Johnny Depp is being investigated, though and a lot of former people who worked for him are speaking out against him.
